Welcome to LDA training!
5 minutes a day - 5 days a week - 4 weeks
Each video is 5 minutes long, designed for students to take one a day, consistently for a month in order to improve their core strength.
During this course, we will look at the key components of devising choreography for dance on screen in relation to a site-specific stimulus (ie: not in a studio/theatre and at home, in a park anywhere!). The course will cover creating movement, choreography for the camera and how to approach site-specific choreography.
SPLITS FOR SUMMER
Students should take 1 of the 4 short warms ups before taking any of the stretching sections. Students can then take any of the short stretching sequences consistently as combined they will increase flexibility specific to doing the splits.
