Wednesdays - Term Time​

6:40 - 6:20pm (40m) - Stage 1 Minis: School Years 1-3 

6:25 - 7:05pm (40m) - Stage 2 All Levels: School Year 4 - 7

7:10 - 7:55pm (45m) - Stage 2 Beginner: School Year 3-6

8:00 - 8:45pm (45m) - Stage 3 Experienced: School Year 7 - 13

 

Thursdays - Term Time​

5:40 - 6:20pm (40m) - Stage 1 Beginner: School Year 3 - 6

6:25 - 7:05pm (40m) - Stage 2 Experienced: School Year 4 - 7

7:10 - 7:55pm (45m) - Stage 2 Beginner: School Year 3 - 6

8:00 - 8:45pm (45m) - Stage 3 Experienced: School Year 7 - 13

Beginner = Little or no previous experience in gym or Acro/nervous students

Experienced = Must have previous experience in gym or Acro/confident

COSTS:

Trial class = 1 x class fee (40m = £12.40 45m =£13.90)

40 minutes = £34pm (Pro Rata)

45 minutes = £38.25pm (Pro Rata)

​

Classes are capped at 15 students.

​

WHAT TO WEAR:

Students must wear a black leotard of any style and black LDA Acro shorts.

The shorts and a leotard option are available through the UNIFORM WEBSITE.​​

​

LDA hoodies, tracksuits etc are able to be worn for warm up only.
